As our name suggests, at Towne and Country Mortgage, we specialize in home mortgages. That's all we do.  Unlike a bank, we don't offer checking accounts, savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, credit cards, or auto loans. When you work with Towne and Country Mortgage, you are working with experts who are focused on one thing and one thing only: mortgages.

Towne and Country Mortgage is owned by Bob and Debbie Dezell, who bring many years of experience in finance, real estate, and lending to the business.

Bob worked in financing and real estate and Debbie held positions in financing, title and escrow, and mortgage lending before the couple formed Towne and Country Mortgage in 1998. At the time, they felt there was a need for an alternative broker in the area with a company focus on honest, personal service for home buyers.
