Cindy Bond relocated to northern Idaho in 1994 and immediately discovered that the Sandpoint area was the beautiful, scenic place of her dreams.

With 24 plus years in the real estate field, Cindy's experience includes owning a custom home building business, being a REALTOR® and Associate Broker. Cindy was awarded with "Rookie of the Year" during her first year in sales and has continually been a top producer with multi-million dollar sales volume year after year. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Selkirk Association of REALTORS®. She maintains her active license in Idaho and Washington.
